Niki
Jacques is the owner of Survivor Bootcamp for the Coquitlam and Port
Moody locations. She is a marathoner, ultra-marathoner and adventure
racer and is also the mother of 2 young children. She knows what it is
like to try to fit exercise into a very busy, hectic shedule.

we get busy our exercise regime is usually the first thing to go.
